Agreement to Terms

You agree to waive any right to have any dispute brought, heard, administered, resolved, or arbitrated as a class action, collective action, or representative action, and you expressly agree that neither you nor BathCozy can bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any such proceeding.

Severability and Waiver

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and BathCozy concerning the Site. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
